Wanted one. Serious value. Lots of performance not many dollars. I was a Pontiac fan. I enjoyed every one of the 3 I owned, even the shitty ass Sunfire I had. I was disappointed they shut it down.

I had good luck with mine.

Did you decide on something BRC?

Buehler445 02-14-2015 10:53 PM

If you are in the $40K range, I think you can pick up a Buick Regal supercharged or TDI. At least drive one.

No. I'm leaving town for a couple of weeks tomorrow. Didn't want to rush it. I need to find a 335i with regular seats. That Lexus looks sweet but its pricy.

I should temper my comment. You buy a Pontiac, you're not buying Lexus Mercedes BMW. But for my dollar, they were the best value for performance dollar. Mine were reliable, and the motors weren't worthless save the sunfire. It was worthless.

I had an 01 Grand Prix with the 3.8 and it was probably the best I've owned. The G6 with the 3.5 was a solid rig also. Regretted selling both.

I wasn't being a wise guy.

My Father has always had a thing for Buick, isn't that weird?

Take your time and get what you want. My past few cars involved months of searching. Actually watched my M3 at a dealership for 5 months and price fell so I struck. Was completely happy with my 335 but unfortunately drove a porsche turbo and wanted more.

I agree, take your time. It took me 3 months to decide (and wait for) the perfect Malibu to come along last year.
