Dont really think there is much of a correlation, if any, to strength and how fast you can throw a baseball. If Tim Wakefield can make it, a woman could. Baseball is a sport that requires very little athleticism. Billy Butler is a MLB baseball player. Bartolo Colon is too. Sure it helps to be Dyson or Willie Wilson but some players can make it by just being an unathletic POS

Hand eye coordination is an athletic skill and both of those players are pretty elite in those areas.

Hitting home runs off major league pitchers is very hard. Most people will tell you it's one of the toughest things to do in professional sports. Billy had some good years.
