I think the crowd noise in Denver wAs the biggest factor. Gave Denver’s pass rush an extra boost around the edge and also made it difficult for Mahomes and co. to make adjustments to protection and plays.

Without Eric Fisher going into Erica mode, and with Mahomes able to make the adjustments he wants, I predict all game rape, rather than just fourth quarter rape.

My bad. It was actually Darnold, not Bradford. Apparently I can't read. The whole Sam thing and all . . . . .

But Darnold has 10, and Keesum has 9, so a solid second place standing for our fellow Donko QB.

Not scared of a team that’s lost 4 of 5, with their only win coming against the hapless Cards

Honestly think we roll them if they stay locked in mentally.

Not scared at all either. That’s why I’m predicting all-game rape.

I think most of this team has been through the whole blown lead playoff game here at least once. If we can keep getting defensive performances like last night and get Houston and Dirty Dan back, we could make a serious run! I think this team is as focused as we’ve seen!

This week we make it 7 straight against Dungver. VJ might get the axe after this one! It’s already been 1131 days since they’ve last beaten KC, and the train doesn’t stop here!! I can see Roby and Thomas playing soft because they’re on the trade block! Don’t wanna get knicked up before the deadline unless you wanna sink with the ship!

If the Mange is back up by then I predict it to look similar to this after the game.

Yep. We took their best shot in Denver. The Broncos aren't winning at Arrowhead.

I will try to get all my broncos fan friends together to watch this Sunday (gf included), but I have a sneaking suspicion that everyone will be too busy.

Not even going over the the Mange. It’s not worth the effort.

They know what they are staring down the next 15 years.

Nope. Some dipshits there are delusional still. There was a thread yesterday by someone thinking they will finish 6-3 and make the playoffs.

That being said, this game is in KC, not Denver, like the previous close contest, so I expect a fairly comfortable victory. By at LEAST 10 points.

I do think they will put up more of a fight than the Bengals did (who are a better team than Denver).

Guess we'll see . . . . .

The Broncos are a defeated, wounded team. I don't like it. They will rise to the occasion to take on the Chiefs, just on pride alone. I would look for a close game here. They can't be overlooked.

RunKC 10-22-2018 11:06 PM

Broncos are 2-9 on the road with Vance Joseph as HC.

The 2 teams Denver beat were a Colts team without Luck and the Cardinals.

Yikes

Just no injuries

Mile High Mania 10-23-2018 09:27 AM

If Denver wins @ KC... two things happened, maybe a combination of both.

1 - Denver has to play one of the most perfect games they can muster. Defense has to be 100% on top of their game and eliminate Mahomes making phenomenal plays scrambling around. And, the offense has to attack - establish the ground game like they haven't done all year and exploit the issues in the passing defense.

or...

2 - Chiefs have to fall apart and have a meltdown.

Zero faith in Vance with all this extra time to prepare, quite honestly. The ground game with the rookie RBs has so much potential and they've failed to legitimately utilize those guys. Freeman is 'day to day' with an ankle injury, so that's great.

I don't have enough reverse mojo to power this one to victory...

Chiefs 37 / Broncos 27
