I'm pretty sure that it wasn't just the Chiefs that decided to release him. The NFL is not a group of 32 teams, it is a single entity and will do what is in it's own best interest.

All he has to do is apologize and have some therapy. He is too talented to be out of work for long.

The fact that the people involved did not jump at the chance when the NFL came a calling makes it appear they knew they were in the wrong...especially in today's cultural climate.

Clark should have let the process play out.. Hunt wasn't playing in the near future anyway.
