Wait for what?

The Chiefs have no cap space. You are right in that immediate moves need to be re-structures, extensions or cut/releases. I expect only minor 2nd/3rd wave free agent acquisitions. No cap, especially with no movement on Jones.

My exact thoughts as well. If we were planning on cutting Watkins I feel like we would have seen a move or two by now. Keep Jones and keep Watkins and then try to piece together the rest of the roster
