In 2019, Brady probably wasn't a top 10 quarterback according to several metrics when he had pathetic receivers/tight ends due to injury/departures after AB departed New England and a below average offensive line/no real fullback due to injury.

No doubt with Chase Burrow has a top 5 receiving core or close to it but he has a bottom 3 offensive line and is facing perhaps the best defensive line in the NFL. Injured Tampa Bay's line without Tristan Wirfs and with his backup injured was worse than Cincy's right now but the sad think is Cincy's line sucks even though their players are healthy.

The advantage Burrow has over Brady besides more mobility is Cincy's 3-5 options are way better than what Tampa had in the playoffs but Burrow doesn't have Brady's experience.
