For everyone hating on this article, I've yet to hear an explanation for why Pat sat on the sidelines alone for the entire second half of an AFC Championship game without a tablet in his hand or a coach in his ear trying to figure out what the hell was going on, and why Kelce did the same thing.
Believe it or not, success sometimes leads to people getting big heads and egos clashing. Why hasn't EB been given a new deal yet if everything is so lovely? Why is freaking Lovie Smith still getting head coaching jobs and EB can't? Even if every word of this article isn't spot on, it's pretty clear there were some serious issues in the locker room for the past 1-2 years, you could see it in the players body language some games. I kept saying it over and over again as did many of us, something was just off. Sometimes you just have to believe your eyes and put the pieces together yourself, especially when you know they're never going to tell you exactly what happened. Even if the article is totally fictional, it sure seems like the situation described could be pretty accurate. |
This is bad for Marty.

Was this story pulled from lewrockwellsbutthole.com?

“Then, before the Chiefs-Raiders game in Las Vegas, Reid told production officials to avoid sideline shots of Bieniemy. Something again had happened in that week of prep leading up to the game.“
The game KC destroyed Vegas and Mahomes threw the ball for over 400 yards and 5 TDs is somehow proof something bad happened between PM and EB? |

It's like you didn't even read DaFace's post. Nobody that I can think of believes everything is hunky dory with Mahomes and/or EB. Clearly, something happened after that failed play at the end of the first half, and it carried over to the second half. That doesn't mean you swallow uncritically anything that comes over the transom purporting to explain it. If anything, those moments when you are most at a loss for words is when you are most vulnerable to people trying to sell you something. You have to have an especially critical eye to identify BS, question sources and their motivations, and even your own assumptions. Don't fall for something simply because it comfortably fills a gap in your knowledge. |

We have an exodus of coaches occurring and a supposed offensive guru who can't get a head coaching job to save his life and may not even be brought back in his current position. A QB who sat and looked completely disinterested in winning another AFC Title after halftime. Again, I never said the article was factual, just that the basis seems to make a lot of sense. |
