What’s hard to understand? veach and the coaches operate in lockstep. Thomas and Uche were brought in as depth and now that Omenihu is back, Thomas become expendable. Uche is a break glass in an emergency guy and it’s hard to keep them on the roster when other reserves have multiple roles. This was the plan all along.

We need DLine depth always. And they made the trade knowing Omenihu was coming back soon anyways so that still doesn't make sense.

I get it, but the guy has a higher pass rush ceiling than all but probably 3 guys on this entire roster. Don’t think he ever really got a shot to show what he can do. it is what it is, just seems like they could find a spot for a guy who has a unique skill set compared to the rest of the unit. Especially considering the fact our pass rush has been god awful.

On the team? Sure. Active for a specific game? Nah.
