There has never been a time, either as a Jayhawks fan for 35 years or a Chiefs fan for 43, where I've enjoyed fans bitching and arguing about the refs or claiming there is some kind of idiotic conspiracy.
It's so boring and dumb. |

Eugene Chung and Rodney Harrison kind of examples of some players that other teams may not have prioritized near the end of their careers but I think BB has valued for cold weather/playoff football. They are the sort of players that would play hurt in 0 degree weather and make big hits without flinching. There is often a tradeoff. Players can have equivalent abilities but one modestly faster player a better at track meet football and others at cold weather playoff football. I suspect Reid values a fairly traditional balance while BB clearly builds his team for cold weather so at times Patriots are at a speed disadvantage. That is why in part Patriots fans are more concerned about Hill than other Chiefs opponents. Put yourself in the Colts gm shoes during the Manning era. Why not build your team with the dome in mind and just hope you get HFA in playoffs. Super Bowl played in warm weather pretty much ever year nowadays. |

Fact: Since 2002 only 5.5 % of NFL games landed on the line exactly. What does that tell you? In my view the links the links aren't really supporting your position. It's good data but not representative of actual games that are played. We've debated this all day . Let's talk about the game. |

I'm rewatching the game earlier this season, Mahomes missed both Hunt and Hill for easy touchdowns in the red zone on the opening drive. There was maybe a little bit of pressure, but really it just seemed like jitters. Still waiting for that vaunted first-half defense of the Patriots before they inexplicably abandoned what was working.

The last time the Patriots won a road game in the playoffs was the 2006 season at SD.
2015 at DEN (L, 20-18) 2013 at DEN (L, 26-16) 2006 at IND (L, 38-34) 2006 at SD (W, 24-21) 2005 at DEN (L, 27-13) 2004 at PIT (W, 41-27) 2001 at PIT (W, 24-17)[/QUOTE] That would be because we're always top seed with home field advantage?? LOL |

Meh. I don't think this says anything. Past history of our road woes and our dominance means very little here. KC is a great team and it will be tough. |
we got a new romper room entrant

I watched part of the game in Miami, and the clock management at the end of the first half was pitiful. No excuse for not at least coming away with a FG. Which ultimately cost them the game.
This is what pisses me off. Only Andy Reid catches shit for this yet I see it all the time even among the most respected coaches. |

But I do agree sometimes when folks complain about a player or coach for one thing, folks will often not call out others for doing essentially the same thing. |
Let's talk about the Patriots
