The Colts weren't that great of a team. The Chargers had the best roster in the NFL for 3 or 4 years when Peyton was going against them, and if he didn't run into the Chargers he had to deal with NE or Pittsburgh. As a Chief fan living in Indy for the last 15 years, let me say that when Peyton plays outside in the cold, his play definately declines. I'm not saying it will happen or that I am necessarily banking on it. But it does decline. He had to play three outdoor games to win his only Super Bowl, but that team was carried that year by the Colts defense (strangely enough) and their running game. Should he get home field advantage, he'll have to play 3 games in a row in cold weather.

Not saying he can't do it. I'm not saying KC is the team to beat them. The Broncos are a good team, I just wouldn't come anywhere close to calling it automatic.
