I would think Mahomes was a lot worse than a typical Alex game tonight. Mahomes had at least 2 INT's dropped and kept forcing the ball into coverage. Alex would be a lot more careful than that.

We never won those types of games against quality franchises like the Patriots during that era. That was the problem. We had those middling games against other middling franchises, and that was dispiriting. Meanwhile, the Broncos, Colts, and Patriots regularly toyed with us just as we’ve done to the Chargers and Patriots this season.

Game was pretty sloppy. Both teams had to have been effected by the COVID stuff but even moreso for the Pats with all the testing and the flying on game day. Hopefully the Chiefs can get back to a normal week and focus on the next game.

This felt like game 4 of the preseason. First two games, meh. Third game, scheme and open it up. Fourth game, nobody get hurt.

Other than like two series, we were ultra conservative.
