-Disagrees that there is no such thing as a player you can't reach. And the fact it got to this point, means that it was never going to work with him here.

-Does fault the Chiefs for not having some kind of press conference about the moves this off season. "The fans need to understand, and you need to explain what you're doing."

But they can’t have a PC about moves that can’t be made official yet

Does anybody else see a trend here? 11 - Alex Smith, 22 - Marcus Peters. Is double nickels 55 - Dee Ford next?

Meh, the Chiefs aren't holding a press conference for moves that aren't even official yet.

If true it would indicated Andy has foregone his love for hoagie sandwiches in place of $6 pizza.

He is a very high end sports car that is barely still under warranty that has intermittent electrical problems that the warranty does not cover. Get what you can for it while there is a willing buyer and move on.

It starts with shock then is followed by a lot of anger then it's followed by acceptance and those posters beating down the ones that don't accept the shitty move.

Pull up that thread and read it, same shit. Matt Cassel thread pretty much is the same I'm sure also. But at the end it was proven, they were awful moves.

It is the True Fans Echo Chamber Effect.

A couple of thoughts after reading Peter King and other discuss compensation a bit.

1. From the sounds of it the Chiefs are not getting the Ram's first rounder this year. So probably a 3 and 5 in this draft.
2. Chiefs probably getting a 1 or 2 in next years draft.

This sort of deal makes a ton of sense from the Chiefs perspective as the team probably values having two #1 picks next season (lets say its ours at #13 and the Rams at #27) than getting their pick this year.

Gives the Chiefs four second and third round picks to add a ton of depth which this team really needs. Then in 2019 you can got out an traft a couple studs to build out the defense.

1. The timeline works better
2. Helps the Chiefs manage the cap longer - more players on rookie deals. Allows us to keep our young talent in place.

Sort of believe the reports that only picks are involved. It is harder to keep the players from leaking out. They are usually told, their agents are told and word gets out. If a player was involved I would guess it would be known by now. I would be pissed if I was part of the trade and not given a heads up and had an extra month to relocate from LA to KC.

It could be like that but with the Rams not having a 2nd round pick I think a player is more likely. I have studied the Rams roster and the two players I mentioned above not only fit our needs but their contracts fit our needs as well. Quinn’s name has already been mentioned in the trade talks. I won’t be surprised if he is in the trade.

Kc is gonna get less for peters then we gave up for Ragland and Erving. Just let that sink in for a bit
