Okay time for a small BUMP summary of this season.

Was it last season? nope, last season was epic. But it was built up to be epic.

this season, there was some development, it was slower. That's okay, as long as the next 2 episodes are worth it.

I thought this episode last night "Prey" was the best episode of the season. the cat and mouse game was suspenseful and enjoyable to watch. This episode was all about Andrea and the governor. She got so close but the gov was right there to nab here and then its like oh shit, she''s ****ed. But you already know that she's gonna get saved at the last second. But honestly I hope the governor kills her, because at least it wouldn't be cliche. I still need to read the comics but they are so god damn expensive. Anybody know of a free site or something where I could read them?

Or slash the tires.

It's a show, it has it's flaws.

I think that Maggie or Glenn is going down. They will prob build the love thing up some more next week (gag), than kill one of them.

Spoiler!

i think the biggest "noooooo" death could be Hershel or a Daryl shocker.

ive never read the books or whatever so im just guessing. even then I know Daryl isnt a character in the books so he could go at anytime and really throw off the "fan favorite" fanbase of the show.

IMO, the only "cant touch" characters are Rick, Daryl, Glenn, Carl, Judith and probably Michone and Tyrese for now. (They probably hold alot of comic book fan appeal)

I hate that they have skimped on Michones and Tyreses characters, but they could be developed further as the series goes on.

Im not even 100% certain the Govenor dies this season? I have no idea about Morrissey's contract?

I’m assuming that the Governor is going to be a main character in the series for a long time.

So questions for those that have read the books:
Spoiler!

Fishpicker 03-19-2013 04:09 PM

who burnt the zombies in the pit? Morgan? I don't think it was Milton.

keg in kc 03-19-2013 04:27 PM

I thought they heavily teased it was Milton, but it could've been anyone really.

Where would Morgan have gotten the SUV? How would he have known about the pit in the first place? Why would he do it in such a james bond-y way (wasn't the individual wearing a balaclava?)?

Morgan owns everything in his town, maybe he salvaged a SUV there. he wouldn't have known about the pit but he might have stumbled onto it while looking for the prison.

the reason i thought of Morgan was that he was the only person I've seen carry a gas can and set fire to zombies. I could be way off. I don't think it was anyone in Woodberry because the governor had the gasoline locked down like everything else.

too violent for tv. pretty much on all parts of your spoiler. the comic was/is SOOOOOOOOOOOO graphic.

i still like how methodical of a badass the governor is being portrayed on tv. just an evil, evil man.

It was implied it was Milton there at the end.
