No, he hit three straight NBA range threes, drew fouls, hit his free throws, and singlehandedly brought his team within striking distance before Brannen Greene and Naadir Tharpe dribbled into crowds and turned the ball over.

You do realize who you're talking to and why his name is ComoLaz, correct?

Never go full Como, Laz.

Iowa vs Iowa State tonight at Hilton

Who takes it? So hard to say with Iowa State. Their high variance 3 point chucking scheme has got to be a nightmare for sports betters.

It's generally pretty safe going with the home team at Hilton unless KU is playing.

ISU wins as expected, but rush the court?

Heh.

ISU is going to be tough to beat on any given night, but damn, they didn't play any defense.

Iowa looked bad. Really slow and nonathletic.

Compared to ISU, they are slow and nonathletic. Most teams are in comparison. But they're good. Both of them are.

I don't know if ISU loses a game at home this season. They only lost one last year. Maybe if Smart or Wiggins/Embiid go off it could happen.

The B12, on the whole, is looking better than I thought it would be. Only KSU has really been worse than expected.

It is still early, but they had some really terrible possessions. They're beatable, but it will take a disciplined game, and KU probably doesn't have the discipline to do it. And ISU will probably make everything that gets within 5 feet of the bucket when KU is in town.

Especially if Embiid is on the bench with foul trouble and not in the game (which is likely at Hilton). ISU was certainly not the better team at all tonight, but they found a way to win. They generally do there.

I came away from that game thinking the complete opposite about Iowa. They look like a Top 20 team for sure to me. They came into a hornets nest and very well should have won the game. Aaron White is a beast, hardley unathletic. One of the most athletic players in the B10.

I can't believe how bad Iowa State was at free throws. Most of our threes weren't falling either. Still pulled it off though, couldn't have happened with last years squad in that situation. But Hilton Magic is real!

That red haired kid? Good lord he was slow. They didn't cover him but that doesn't mean he's athletic. He's got a brain in his skull, and he's definitely no scrub, but that dude is slow.

Yeah. Good win for you guys. Iowa is a smart good team. You guys close up some defensive lapses and you win by double digits. ISU will be scary if they D up.

Hopefully KU was watching ISU rock the press.
