No..the plan was to make LA a successful franchise by any means necessary. No one can convince me that others teams weren't willing to top that shit offer...

At least the Chiefs decided to help the right LA team. Maybe it will keep the NFL from making the other one successful.

So nobody (including Dorsey) but the Rams were willing to seriously negotiate for Peters? If true, I think the Chiefs did fine.
