All of those names have the gravitas that obviates the need for signage.

Golf pros swing a lesser stick.

I assume Haley is in over his head, so I'm immediately looking up on the chain of command.

I'm just hard pressed to come up with a coach worth a shit that I think might allow something like that. For some reason I'm thinking Jack Del Rio would.

When it comes to the lockerroom, it stops with the HC. If it doesn't, it damn well should and that's equally alarming.

Allowed something like THAT? THAT! THAT sign that made no news except 1 article in the Star and 300 post here?

I doubt a single player on the team even remembers that sign.

That this is such a huge deal is ****ing hilarious. This is seriously laughable.

Bitch about dumb play calling, bitch about CAssel's play, bitch about many things but THE SIGN is a non factor that hater use to bitch. Nothing more.

If you don't think things like that affect his credibility in the locker room, you're mistaken.

And it was just one part of a larger puzzle of ineptness that made the organization a media joke throughout the year.

Didn't singletary drop his ****ing pants at halftime? I can't believe you guys are still bitching about that sign... Sheesh.

This years sign should be, "I don't know what 1st round value means"

Let's not lose sight of the larger picture.

The sign was brought up to refute the notion that the regime, somehow, is unconcerned with their public perception.

DeezNutz 04-18-2010 10:02 PM

"I'm not a fan of risks."

Followed by the sound of mediocrity resonating throughout the city.

A media joke? Outside of here and the pissed off KC reporters who got shut out of Arrowhead (Whitlock) what did you hear?

Bowe I would love to agree with but a disappointment at this stage.

Lot's of if's and buts just like many other drafts before.

Please explain.

Well, where to begin...

If you dont think Flowers has made a game changing play, you need to order sunday ticket or something...

Bowe has shown to be a very good receiver and being drafted late first was his true value. He has lived up to his end of the bargain IMHO.

You still don't get it huh?

jjchieffan 04-18-2010 10:04 PM

umh. You guys that are against trading down are assuming that Pioli will select Clausen or Berry. I expect them to disappoint us there. So if you don'tplan on taking the playmakers, then trade down. After all. Would you rather have Baluga at #5 or Weatherspoon at 15 and an extra 2nd and third?

Bloggers and mockers have abused the Chiefs, regularly, for the past year. I take your point that we're largely irrelevant outside of KC, though.

But the organization was continually hammered on 810 and in the Star. So, basically any media member following the franchise thought it was a joke.

Mecca 04-18-2010 10:04 PM

Yes I get it, he should think about something other than Spaghetti before he opens his mouth.

BossChief 04-18-2010 10:05 PM

After that sign was put up, we won 3 of our next 5 games and got rid of LJ.

Take that for what its worth.

Bowe has lived up to expectation? Wow.

Flowers has been on the field for 6 wins. 4 of them under the ineptitude of Pioli and Haley.

And please give me the game and situation he made such play.
