Yeah, the first guy is ****ing pissing me off. He's always standing in the same place - he's IMPOSSIBLE to pickpocket.

In one of my previous playthroughs, I noticed him walking around the docks but that was before I had accepted the quest so I had no idea.

And I've walked into the Inn at 2am - everybody BUT him is sleeping. :grr:

You don't get a bonus for actually taking it without him noticing. I stole it and took off running.

I don't want to get caught.

Same thing with the chapel. The ****ers just sit there all night long.

How ****ing lame. Don't know what I would have gotten from this quest, but I have no desire to continue it.

Just finished the Travelers quest line. You actually get a pretty sweet set of rogue armor out of it.

Total for wearing the entire set of armor...you get.

+70% critical hit damage
+1 to Stealth
+15% chance to critical hit
+25% fire damage
10% experience bonus
+15% fire resistance
+18% mana
+10% gold drops

Total armor rating for all pieces is 381. Not bad if you're rolling almost pure rogue.

The only thing about armor sets that i want is the +skills ... the rest of the stuff i can get better making it myself.

I've got a set that is +2 to ALL might skills. A sword that is +1 to first 2 tiers of might skills.

And another set that is +1 to all Finesse skills.

EDIT: I know you can make gems with limited EXP bonuses and some of the blacksmithing components have EXP bonuses. Several set and unqiue pieces have +4%, +6%, and even +10% EXP.

actually with max sagecraft you can make Epic gems that gives you +1 to the first 4 tiers of unlocked Might, Finesse and Sorcery Abilities.

I think you can only put epic gems in body armor though

Yep. Of course, later in the game the stuff you can craft is so potent that it would be overkill. My armor rating is around 1100 now.

Yep, that's part of the reason I'm using yellow/purple only - to increase the difficulty.

Well, I'm deeply entrenched in ME3 now. I'll pick it back up at some point, but I'm done with that shitty rogue quest.

I'm 20th level and my armor is about 450 right now.

I farmed Moutain Trolls in Haxhi last night for an hour and got TWELVE purple/yellow items...

I managed to finish that before my hiatus, still haven't been in the mood to grind this for a while.
