If he can get 3.5ypc and keep Pat from getting smoked in pass pro, he's good.

That's the standard for a guy like MEH, should be the goal for any 3rd string back

Our best hope is that Steele gets the job done.
Hunt is Insurance in case that doesn’t work. But I think he’s the best Insurance available.

I guess we do have an infatuation to CEH. He seems like he will be about as good as he is, which is a role.

I think he can give you the same type of thing you're hoping to get from Perine. Not a game-breaker, but the type of player who can help you chew up yardage consistently against light boxes and deep safeties.
Yeah, we're not looking for a RB1 replacement, just someone to absorb some rushing snaps, catch the ball out of the backfield, and pass protect. Hunt can probably do that.
