I think I'd probably end up putting Burden in/around 7 last season.

Purely as prospects, you have Harrison, Nabers, Odunze and Thomas ahead of him. And honestly, they'd be ahead of everyone in this class, IMO.

So now you're looking at Mitchell, McConkey, Worthy, Pearsall and Coleman? Probably have Mitchell in that group? I'd have had Franklin up there and just been obviously wrong.

I'd put Burden....man, maybe ahead of all of 'em.

Just trying to look at it through the lens of last season, before any of the actual performance on the field last year, I think I'd have had:

Nabers
Odunze
Thomas
Mitchell
Burden
Franklin
Worthy
McConkey
Wilson
Pearsall

I don't think there's any argument at all to say he wouldn't have been top 10 in that group. He honestly had a pretty good argument for top 5 right behind Thomas and ahead of Mitchell.

The only thing I'm 100% sure of, is that Dante84 is furiously preparing highlight vids and scouting reports on just about every prospect of note

With the 3rd pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the New York Giants have traded their pick to the Kansas City Chiefs, in exchange for WR Sky Moore and the Chiefs #31 pick. With the #3 pick, the Kansas City Chiefs select Abdul Carter from Penn State University.

The Giants would be a trade partner that makes sense.

If Dart has fallen to 31, the Chiefs will likely get some calls and enticing offers to move back.

A 5th rounder, I guess. Maybe. And it puts you behind Philly who's gonna be hunting for DL and OL help.

It could maybe move you up from our pick in the 4th to the Giants pick in the 4th. If we swapped our late 3rd for their late 3rd

Might not have to include that 3rd round swap. There's some solid value in turning that 133 into 105, though. I might consider that one. If we could do that deal AND add the 5th rounder at 154, I'd probably go ahead and do it.

It would get us a pick in the 5th (we don't presently have one) and it would get us another pick damn close to the top 100 with the 133 for 105 swap.

We can't try to squeeze too hard though because if we do, they just deal with Washington.
