I don't think he ever says we are going to win or lose. He usually seems to search for the counter argument to the prevailing opinion.

I agree with the Kyle Korver comp. That’s who I thought too before the draft.

Luckily for Dick, he plays a league that appreciates that style of play much more than the league Korver played in.

I’ve liked him as a NBA prospect since the first time I saw him at KU so it’s been good to see him put it together. I think he was just completely devoid of confidence early in the season but he realizes now that he can play at that level.

I don’t see this KU team without McCullar making a run, but let’s not forget we have some of the most notorious tournament chokers in our bracket

It's similar to the Chiefs in that respect. Unlike the Chiefs, I really doubt there's a switch to flip, but as the Chiefs were struggling the big question was.... who's actually better?

Don't get me wrong... I think the answer in this case is Gonzaga and Purdue and Tennessee and...

Buuut... Gonzaga hasn't really proven much all season and it's far easier to beat a team like Kentucky when you're going through the motions of your shitty conference schedule than it is when you're facing a Kentucky-caliber team twice per week.

Much like the Ravens, they could be great and we might find out they're far better than KU today (either because they're really good or because KU just kind of sucks)... but, you aren't looking down their schedule today and thinking they're far superior or anything.

It’s probably a bridge too far without McCullar, but it shouldn’t shock anyone if Matt Painter, Mark Few, and Rick Barnes choke in the tournament.

So what's it going to take to win this?

Foul trouble for Gonzaga?
