Fair enough.
I still would have gone with safety for your pick, but that's me. Barrett, DeJuan Morgan, etc. |

He's fairly versatile, because he's a particularly good safety but he can play nickel competently and can even play up to the LOS well with his size. And I do love his speed, and yes, he definitely does look that fast out on the field, so I don't know where you're getting that from. |

maybe the only thread in the history of the planet that I feel smarter for reading....keep it up..... love KC's picks, love the meltdown they'd cause even more.... |
If he doesn't show up by tonight I'll make the pick and keep it goin.

Make the pick, Mecca.
I'd give the rest of the Falcons picks to someone on standby, but it's not my show so I'll leave that up to you and OTW. Meanwhile, I'm dying to make my pick, so get 'er done. |
Based on this teams first 2 picks.....what they've done in this offseason and who their coach is. And the team he comes from......this team will make a reach for a mammoth DT like the Jags have.
The Falcons select Frank Okam DT Texas |
I've just been underwhelmed by Frank Okam. He's done well for himself but he just hasn't wowed me as a NT. Then again, not a lot of 2-techs do. I still think Red Bryant's the best NT on the board, and I don't think there's one that deserves anything higher than a 3rd rounder.
