Yeah, that much is certain.

As long as you know. You can have the last word.

So wait...

It's a coincidence that the woman said that two men brandished two guns and meanwhile Dumervil and co. have two guns in their cars?

I mean, what are the chances? This woman can tell the future!

Unless this woman can see through glove boxes, there was at least one gun brandished. Not saying it was by Dumervil, but you have to agree that there obviously was a gun shown to her. Otherwise there would literally be no reason for her to claim there was.

Yep. A good lawyer could probably argue that they might have seen ONE of them with a gun and ASSUMED that both had them. That's the main thing I can concede at this point. It's pretty safe to say a gun was shown by someone.

There was one gun in the car. There was not two. And it's possible that she guessed...it's possible that the other told the woman about the gun. Either way the only person that has said a weapon was brandished was the woman...who BTW...started the whole thing by getting out of her car and throwing an empty glass bottle at the two men.

I'm just glad Hitler didn't attack us with bottle-throwing women - we'd all apparently be goose-stepping now.

Let me get this straight.

A girl throws a bottle at Elvis' car and shortly after calls the police because they flashed guns at her.

If they didn't threaten her with guns, why on earth would she be the one to call the cops?

She threw a bottle at their car...that's a crime last time I checked.

Something significant happened for her to call the police after committing a crime.

Don't worry Robert 3 sack Ayers will make up for the loss in production.

If the woman, or her husband, or one of the passengers in her car recognized Elvis as a professional athlete that might explain why she made the call.

Not that it matters, but 7News is saying that the woman threw something "like a bottle cap."

Like, maybe Dumervil's friend flashed a gun? You know, the guy that actually had a gun?

Each car had a gun. You still really don't believe that they showed a gun? The victims would not have known they had guns if they weren't exposed. The passenger (husband) is the one who claimed two guns, not the woman. A direct quote from the police report:

Quote:

He (victim) further stated at some point the defendant who was a passenger in the Mercedes exited his vehicle and walked up to their vehicle and verbally threatened him while lifting his shirt to display a firearm in his waistband, BLACKED OUT stated that the co-defendant Elvis Dumerville, who was later positively identified, also walked up to their vehicle and displayed a firearm in his waistband as well, but never said anything.
So how did the victim know there were two guns to be found, one in each car? They will probably be able to argue Dumerville didn't show a gun but either way none of this matters because the victims will get paid off and begin to recant their story in all likelihood. But Goodell will not be so kind.
