I'll be playing in a racquetball tournament all weekend (Hopefully I won't get knocked out early) so I'm resting today & tomorrow. I hate being sore & stiff going into tournaments.

I actually got on the scale for the first time in a while.
A little over 3 years ago I was 236 (6'4") and over 10 months I got down to 181. Since then I've been slowly adding muscle and I'm back up to 197 but only 14% body fat. I was initially shocked by the weight but all of my measurements are still heading in the right direction so F the scale. |
