OSU and Smart don't have a vested interest in trying to show Smart in the best light possible after his poor decision?
If Tech had any evidence that a racial slur was said, they'd be foolish to try to cover that up. With all the technology today they have no idea if somebody has this recorded on their phone. If they back Orr based on "doctored" evidence or a shoddy investigation and then something comes out proving Orr did use a racial slur, they would look extremely stupid.
