Yep, You can understand taking a loss and having a bad offensive day against Degrom and Thor.

a loss that we led the whole game, was in control, great starting pitching, offense and then just blew it late. It's still 1/162 but stupid losses like this always end up biting teams in the ass. :shake:

Waino back and Flaherty back down. Was hoping he'd get another start.

thats BS but understandable.

Flaherty obviously belongs in this starting rotation. They are not saving him for later. He’s still going to pitch, just will be in the minors.

I can't believe they let him lead off last inning.....

and of course he comes back today and pitches a gem. Munoz booting the double play ball cost him the complete game.

Faced 31 batters. 3 hits. O runs. 10 strikeouts. Only 7 balls left the infield.

The cold will steer people away from Ted Drewes and make the lines shorter, so don't complain.

Awesome. Loved it. Waino -- not so much.

Waino is trying to finess his way to pitching better because his stuff is not that good anymore. He throws a hittable pitch, it gets hammered like the pitcher did. Goes to 3-2 counts more times than not. Even if he gives up 3 runs in 5 innings, he’s going to tax the bullpen.

Does anyone really think Waino is a better option in 2018 than Flaherty?
