Also Chris Jones acknowledging what a difference maker Joe Cullen has been, giving him the "New Heights" award. I don't watch all of these but everything about this episode was awesome.

Chris Jones combine story had me laughing so much I had to pause it.

My daughter was playing Minecraft on the Playstation while I listened to it with ear buds. She kept asking me why I was laughing.
