Chamrri Conner not practicing… seems unlikely that he’ll play Saturday.

To make it the most fair they should find a way to have the bye weeks happen in like a three week span starting in week 8. Weeks 8, 9 & 10. That way no team is at a big disadvantage late in the season because they've played 8 to 10 games in a row and they're going against a team that's coming off a bye or have only played a couple games in a row after the bye.

Just shut the ****ing league down on bye weeks, and let every team rest at the same time.

If we can just convince the NFL that a 6% reduction in annual revenue is a good thing then this should be possible.

The one positive is that Steelers are playing twice in 4 days as well.

The good thing is they are playing their hated rivals Baltimore on the road. That's gonna be a very physical game indeed. The last time they played the Ravens they lost their next game vs the Browns.

I get that. My concern is more with rehabbing a hurt ankle traveling on the road for a 4 day turnaround. It’s tough enough for bodies to recover, let alone injured parts.

They will get plenty of time to recover after they lock up the #1 seed against the Steelers.

and better scheduling

Not gonna lie, I kind of wanted to see the board’s reaction if Wentz had gone out and thrown for 4 touchdowns and connected with Worthy deep a couple times.

Would’ve been some entertaining discourse.

Then go ahead and add an 18th game to the regular season. It's inevitable anyway.

Dude dropped like he ate The Guardian's first swing at the George Brett statue.

He's lucky to be alive.

I kind of wish the plan was the opposite - start Wentz to see how he does. If he shits the bed, let Pat go out there, but hopefully Wentz does well enough to give Pat a break.

I doubt Pat will accept that, though. If he can play, he's going to want to be out there.

I think that's how I would've handled it. Dress Patrick, but start Wentz. If we get down 14+ or the offense is completely stagnant bring in Pat. That shit is his bread and butter anyhow.
