It's gone up $4k since this post.
  • Today's candle range was $8,700.
  • Elon has made $300m off his investment so far.
  • Stock to flow is graphing out to $85K+ by end of July.
  • $105K EOY.

This really could go nuclear to the moon soon.

https://cryptopotato.com/microstrate...0-enterprises/

Michael Saylor introduced bitcoin to over 6900 enterprises in his last conference a four weeks ago. There were apparently 100 Fortune 1,000 companies in attendance. The same one where he convinced Tesla to buy BTC. Saylor gave them his entire playbook for how corporations can invest part of their balance sheet in bitcoin.

So imagine if like 50 large companies other than Tesla put BTC on their balance sheet. It would explode.

If this works out for Elon and Tesla...sky is the limit.

I assume by him using "offer" and "allow" it means it's just an option.

Paying taxes in Bitcoin made me chuckle though. It's just not what comes to mind when I think of crypto.

I'm sure it's optional to accept.

Let hit 50k.

Who's with me? I was gonna sell at 50k but with potentially more Fortune 1000 companies looking to get in on BTC I don't even know if it would be a good idea to sell to a fiat inflationary USD.

Best crypto advice I’ve ever heard is don’t sell at a price, sell at an event. Buy a house, pay off debt, pay for a wedding, etc.

Hamwallet 02-12-2021 06:44 PM

Not Bitcoin, but I follow altcoins and I dabble in day trading. I flew my cousin and his GF down to Florida last weekend for his 40th birthday. We went to Tampa and did some Super Bowl stuff last Saturday then got hammered on Clearwater beach that evening evening and had a badass dinner. The Graph coin... I have been following it for months, had a hunch and in 5 days I paid for everything I was out of pocket and have a little over a grand profit still leftover.

I put $1000 2 weeks ago into btc and another $100 a few days ago...already up to $1580+.

Wish I wouldn't have been so bullheaded and got into it when I first heard about it years ago.

I'd like to invest more but at this point I'm not sure if there's any point, I mean how much higher could it possibly get? It went from $33k to $56k in two weeks...there has to be a correction at some point, right?

Stanley Nickels 02-19-2021 11:19 PM

You guys have to get over this confirmation bias. Why can't BTC go to $80,000? Because it never has before? Would you have said there's no way it could get to $50k when it was at $20k 3 months ago? All time highs are ATHs until they're not. This thing will be 100k in the next year or two at the latest.

Microstrategy Raises $1.03 Billion to Buy $2,000 Bitcoin Per Second

That should bring considerable buy pressure, with bitcoin rising to $57,500 today in part presumably due to saylor bot which now is probably in action.

Stack to flow graphs/predictions are still maintaining $100K in September.

I said I was selling and laying around at 50k but I just cant get myself to do it. This hype is unreal and we are going to see 100k eventually.

I'd rather be wrong and btc go back to 20k than to sell now and bitcoin go to 125k or something.

Yeah hippies ruining bitcoin now that they are figuring out the electrical costs that go along with bitcoin. This is what I was always afraid of. BTC has had positivity from dems for a while even though its a libertarian ideology. I just dont think they fully understood it. How much environmentalists and the media pushes this agenda could prove big for bitcoin. The reason why its risen so much is large companies have started investing. If pressure from hippies make them explain to their shareholders that its too negative PR to invest then they wont do it and the hype train slows way down. Everything costs money to produce so this is kind of annoying but part of the reason btc uses the amt of electricity it does is to reward mining appropriately.

BossChief 02-23-2021 01:56 PM

We need to make a sustainable energy system that powers a ton of computers to mine Bitcoin and ethereum and then let it be.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are the biggest in that order and arguably safest. They tend to all move tightly together though. If you like more risk Dogecoin but it's not as easy to trade. Personally I just stick with Bitcoin.

ADA might be a good one. It has the 3rd highest market cap among cryptos. It also has a ton of potential and will be available to buy on coinbase tomorrow. (Unless it's a tad late but it gets a good retail push with the coinbase listing and the stimulus checks)

For anyone considering actually doing this, this is horrible advice. It’s literally never been easier to buy BTC from several different, reputable sources.

Why is it horrible advice? There are reasons why people would not want to buy BTC from exchanges or other places. Some places even charge a fee. There are many money under the mattress people. And I don't trust any exchange or anywhere but a cold storage wallet to hold my bitcoin.
