Heh. I always remember the kids that used to bring candy to school (often shoplifted) and sell it in middle school and junior high. By the time they got to high school, those kids were slinging other stuff.

LMAO I didn't sell it in school, but I did in college a little bit to supplement the student loan money. Nothing on a big scale, I was never trying to get rich doing it. In school I just sold pop. I'd have my mom buy a bunch of it when it went on sale then I'd pay her back after I sold it. Nice little gig. I was making more money than I did when I got a job at 16.

My fast is coming to an end. Spaghetti with ground turkey. ****in' A. I can smell it cooking as I type this. I'm not hungry, I rarely am at the end of these things, but I WANT to eat after 24 hours. I think I'm going to take a crack at this during the workweek. It shouldn't be an issue.

Fasted cardio experiment #512 finished!

Just ran a really long way in about an hour and a half on an 18 hour fast.

Doing mapmyrun right now to find out exactly how far it was.

I'll have to map that website. I ran my 10k this morning on a 14 hour fast and haven't eaten yet. I've felt lethargic and shitty all day, but I've gotten other stuff done around the house, and went out to do some grocery shopping today.

**** that website. It won't follow my route correctly. Oh well.

It was 13 miles or so. Half marathon.

I just use google maps and the line tool on it. Works pretty well.

93 minutes, 13.4 miles. Not bad for a guy that hasn't run outdoors for distance in . . . 3 years?

You ran 13.4 miles without stopping? First time in 3 years? You're in phenomenal condition.

I'm in pretty good shape, yeah :) I don't know what came over me, really. I just felt like run-ning /F. Gump

I'd run for a bit, then pick up the pace to as fast as I could go for about 1/4 mile, then I'd back it back down for 1/2 mile or so. Did that for a while. Really just enjoyed being out. It was nice and cool, although it was very wet and I soaked the hell out of my shoes because I had to run on the grass instead of the pavement.

I did stop about 1 mile in to stretch for about 5 minutes. Wanted to make sure my hammies were nice and loose, along with my back, so that I didn't **** them up more by running. They loosened up nicely about 5 miles in and it was smooth sailing from there.

Pussy? Veni, vidi, vici, my friend. I'm married. As a bonus, my wife even made brownies while I was out running. Just ate half a pan worth. That may have been a mistake. My stomach is pretty bloated now lol
