we should all be grateful, they could have coin flipped us right outta the one seed

Win sunday and there is zero chance the Chiefs have to play the Bengals AND the Bills and zero chance they have to go on the road to either.

I'd say all things considered...that's ideal. At the start of the Bengals Bills game MOnday, that's what we all wanted, right?

Valid point. It MIGHT make the AFCCG more affordable if we get there, just depends how far away it is. Hopefully neither Cincy or Buffalo makes it that far.

Trading the risk that the Bills would win the Bengals game and get the 1 seed for a neutral-site AFCCG seems like an acceptable deal.

Yep. Tragedies are never "fair", and the Bills should have taken the L.

I think its obvious to all that this plan is more unfair to the Bengals, then us and of course most favorable to the Bills.

How is it most beneficial to the Bills when the only shot they have at HFA is the Chiefs losing to the Raiders, and their shot at HFA if both teams had won out is taken away?

Any situation where the Chiefs COULD have played in Buffalo but are now not playing in Buffalo doesn't benefit Buffalo. :spock:

Zero excuse for not having a policy in place for this.

And for all the talk Cincy is getting hosed in all this, maybe just maybe they should have pushed harder to play the game this week rather than rolling over for Buffalo and letting them decide the course of action. Should have forced their hand so I dont feel bad for them.

Oh the Brown fans are now agreeing... They realized their goodwill went unnoticed and was disregarded.

KC plays at home if they don't play Buffalo or Cincy.

I have no problems with this. If I was a Bengals fan it would be a problem

Because they don’t have to win what was their biggest remaining obstacle at securing the #1 seed… which was beating Cincy.

They get to avoid that and still get some of the benefits that are afforded to the top seed.

If they beat the Raiders they will play at home only unless they play Buffalo.

Just Buffalo.

If Kc wins tomorrow, the only neutral game possibility is the Bills.
