More or less. Sort of threw out yesterday, ate some chinese food from hyvee and had my first doughnut in like 3 months (and damn was it good). Went through a couple of cans of coke, too. Kept me up, which is what I was going for. Back to water and foreman'd chicken and fruit and salad today.
I feel pretty good this morning, but today'll probably end up being harder than yesterday. If it goes like it usually does I'll get really tired in 3 or 4 hours and then the afternoon will basically be hell. It takes a few days for me to to adjust, so this week will be zombie week. I've got to make sure I don't lay down, because a 'nap' will turn into me falling asleep in the afternoon and waking up at midnight and then we're back where we started...

Just keep working at it. Don't beat yourself up. It's like playing a season in any sport. Your last meal was your last game. You can't do anything about it now. Now, all you can do is focus on the next game. Focus on the next thing you put in your body.
Too often, when we start to slip, it feels hopeless. We feel like why keep trying, I have already failed. This is NOT true. You are trying to lose weight, sure, but you are also trying to create a lifestyle. And, when you get to your ideal weight, you won't feel bad about having a doughnut every couple of weeks. So, just put it behind you, move on, and have faith that you have what it takes to be who you want to be.
