Man alive! Uh, I guess it's a bad idea to take the weekend off (from this thread) to to a landscaping project. You guys are animals! I didn't work out at all, but I spent 2 days hauling rocks & stone edgers to my back yard & digging. I was pretty beat when I got done on Sunday. It looks great, too.

Do you mean "to do" a landscaping project?

I see that a lot of you guys are running. I really want to get back to running, but I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis since early March. I ran a 5K a couple of weeks ago & I thought I was going to die from the pain when I was done. Does anyone know how to fix my foot?

Yes. Thank you. That was a gross oversight on my part. I'll try to do better.

If you are/were a runner, then you've probably already pursued this... but make sure you've got shoes to match your footstrike (pronation or suppination).

Here's an article that might help:

Brooks running shoes have prevented knee pain, and foot tear-upness, the GTS Adrenaline 10's are amazing, if God wore runners, it'd be those.

Hey, thanks! Actually, I wouldn't call myself a runner. I'm just a guy who runs sometimes. I don't really like it, but I like the feeling when I'm done. It's like Yoga. I have no clue about footstrike. How can I check that? I just went & bought an expensive pair od Asics because the guy told me they were the best.

Go to an actual running store and have them check your feet. They'll be able to find the correct shoe for you. You'll pay a little more, but if you're actually wanting to get into running and having foot problems, it's pretty much essential.

I'm not positive, but, pretty sure. I'm pretty sure Omaha is Mr. Kotter.
