And if Buffalo loses Sunday why is any of this in play?

If Buffalo loses Sunday then KC is the fair and rightful #1 seed and none of this should matter.

And that's the other thing. For me personally, I definitely would have gone down to KC again this month for such a home game. I almost certainly won't be going to a neutral site AFC championship game if that's what it turns out to be.

I would go to Vegas, but I can’t imagine how much those tickets would be.

The NFL is absolute dog shit.

Chiefs played all their games to a 14-3 record (if they win tomorrow)

Bills and Bengals play 16 games.

Bills get to steal AFCCG HFA from Chiefs because the Chiefs played by the league rules?

Bengals just ****ed all around.

It is a solution clearly meant to benfit the Blls the most because feels.

They should have went by the final score of that game and ben done with it. The bills lost to injury just like the bills benefited from tua being out so many games and lost.

And we are all clearly quite concerned about where you place the 'blame' for such things.

You're welcome to continue to be the proverbial leader with no followers here, champ. But all that makes you is some schmuck going for a walk.

Have a good one...

I mean, I think we can assume the Bills complained to some extent. Hence why we ended up with this complete shitshow of a situation.

You don't get to not care about the game and then care about the game when you realize that not caring about it ****ed you over.

If If If If… all hypothetical.

What is fact is Buffalo didn’t finish a game that they were trailing in with Cincy having momentum.

But that didn't happen because you didn't finish your game and your players openly said they didn't want to...sounds likea forfeit to me idk how it can be interpreted any other way but nfl says hold my beer.

No. If the Chiefs win they have no chance of playing the Bengals at a neutral site as they will have 14 wins and the Bengals regardless of the outcome of the Bills game could have only gotten to 13 wins

Personally don't see why any scenario the Chiefs win tomorrow would result in a neutral field vs the Bengals?

This year could potentially be the third time, with once again there being some extraordinary reason why it couldn't just be a full-on home town party.

Yeah, that part blows... this is the first non-Covid year in the Mahomes era that I was seriously considering not being in KC if everything fell into place, and shit like this would solidify it if it ends up at a neutral site.

Wonder if Arrowhead would still have a watch party though.

No - they could've just kept their damn thumbs off the scale and followed the rulebook as it's written.

But I forget who I'm talking to here; for Zach 'equity' means some authority going out there and choosing winners and losers instead of letting them sort themselves out...
