I just don't understand the Long/LDT thing. Seems like you could move one of the 3 (Thuney, Long, or LDT) out to tackle rather than stack two of them at one position.

I have a hard time envisioning Long and LDT staying healthy for 16 games. That’s probably the reason.

Yeah, if they get Cosmi, he’s the guy at LT and they’ll let Niang duke it out with Remmers at RT.

Idk, I get the feeling they're not counting on him much. Seems like he wasn't very good at tackle, but showed the most promise at guard. However we just signed Thuney and Long at guard and LDT is coming back, so I'm not really sure there's much room.
