Fasting today, which isn't a problem. But one of my graduating students just brought me a tray of sweets in appreciation for writing his recs and such. I just put it in a desk drawer and will eat it tomorrow, heh.

So....if you're fasting from dinner to dinner for 24 hours.....then technically you should be able to do that for as many days in a row as you want....right?
You're fasting 24 hours....and then you eat a meal. Or is it not the same because then technically you're not receiving all of the nutrients that you would from eating on a normal day? |
Ugh, my wife wanted to go to a chinese buffet for lunch for our anniversary. Now I feel like shit.
