So I kinda wonder if they're banking on Mahomes improving his pocket presence, which should lessen the tackle issues this year? Alot of the problems last year were him going out the back of the pocket due to interior pressure.

Yeah, I posted it in the draft forum yesterday. All the talk I had seen about Brown was that he was an NFL RT but after his pro day, somebody is at least going to try him at LT. Don't know if he'll be successful but somebody is going to try.

At this point, Orlando Brown sounds like a solid plan. They're probably going to pay for it though. I doubt two 2nd's gets it done.

I would do 2 2nds and give him a contract and be done with it. I dunno if they will or not.

I don't think there's any way they go in to the draft with no LT and then sit at 31 and take who falls. They'll either trade up or trade for someone.

There's no way the Ravens take what amounts to two early 3rd-round picks.

Especially given recent history in the Chiefs/Ravens matchup.

He had his pro day yesterday and put up some all-time good numbers.

Of course, a few guys in this class have done that. It's a really good class for developmental tackles. We just really need to hit on one that can play early as well.

This is why I don't think they sit around for a LT. They're gonna trade away something to go up and get one that can play right away.

I'd imagine Cosmi suits their eye.

LT Williams is the big miss. Other than that, it's whatever on types of players that are available every year in FA.

At this point, that would be my favorite scenario. And props to you, you've been talking about trading up and getting an LT for some time now.
