Another, great northern beans. Slow cooked with bacon and onion, sprinkle tabasco on a bowl right before consuming with corn bread muffins made with sour cream instead of milk or water.

The British are behind it. They have a way of naming gross...like one having suet ( beef fat ) in a desert.
As well as no so gross foods. British plum pudding has suet in it too.

Agreed. Throw it on a skillet and it's not bad. Hawaiian food uses it quite a bit. It works well in fried rice and with pineapples.
