Get rid of sugar. That is all you need to do. No more caffeinated soft drinks or ice cream. You will lose weight immediately.

I've started this the last couple of years and never followed through. I did lose around 25 lbs last year, but have gained at least 15 of that back.
I'm starting dieting and exercising again so put me in. I'll post my weight in the morning. |
