I admit, I am a little worried about Oakland, only because they have Moss...but I don't see us losing..

Go Chiefs....

Like you, I am a little concerned.

However one positive is that the Jets O-Line, while not as great as Jets fans believe, is still fairly solid.

The Raiders O-Line, on the other hand, is really pretty bad.

I think Browning, Hall and Allen will be able to generate fairly consistent pressure.

Hell, Hicks might even get in on that.

Maybe not.

I agree with Vlad. I think we're going to get blown out.

Sucks but that is the way a season goes, lots of ups and downs.

I don't agree.

The Chiefs looked infinitely better in their win over the Jets than the Patsies did in their victory over the Raiders. Even with those players missing, I think the Chiefs win.

I think the next few games will be damn tough to win. We're missing both starting CBs, both starting offensive tackles, a FB, and a DT. Obviously Warfield and Welbourne are out due to suspension not injuries, but there are not too many teams who can afford to go without 6 starters and perform well. Our offense slowed way the hell down against the Jets after Roaf and Richardson went down. I like the push our front 7 are getting, and that should mess with Plumber and Collins plenty. However if I were game planning for Oakland I'd be drawing up plenty of screens to make Gun pay for sending everybody upfield. Throw in plenty of max protection blocking schemes with Moss going deep against Sapp/McCleon/Washington.

I can see Oakland moving the ball and I can see us struggling to do so. Our chances are better against Denver than Oakland IMHO just based on the way our injuries/weaknesses match up. These next two games will not be easy by a long shot. If we had all of our personnel then we should win handily but we don't.

This year at the charity banquet I'll do what everyone asked me to do last time and beat you repeatedly with a chair...

We've beat Oakland 5 of the last 6 with a horrible defense. I see no reason to think we won't beat them again.

Moss will get his yards, Porter too probably. But Kerry Collins will go Kerry Collins and cough up 3 fumbles at the most inopportune times and we'll still win.

I also don't buy that their run d is that good. Dillon doesn't move like Holmes or LJ, and NE's O-line is nowhere near KC's.
