I have no cool stories and the only one I have was a few years back an ex of mine was pissed at me for leaving her house early. I got into my truck and we were "talking" while she was standing outside my truck. She pulled me out of my truck and punched me right in the neck. Cut the shit out of my neck and her mom was watching it go down from the window.

The ex said she didn't mean to actually hit me that hard. I bled for atleast ten minutes after that. I should say that she apologized later with sex and a nice supper that she cooked. I wish she would've punched me more often.

THAT HARD!?! So she meant to be violent, but just a little violent, not a lot? Sorry, it's not your fault, but that's skewed logic IMO.

And in my experience, these "Slammin" SOs the original poster speak of 80-90% of the time walk around like you owe them something (cause of the fact everyone walks around giving them handouts constantly in life).

Maybe the formula was payback. He said she threw cordless phones at him. Fat lip and what not...

My first wife was a slammin psycho. That's why I went with a curvy, good-looking version of Mother Theresa this time around.

Well supposedly she meant to just swing by my face and miss me but I leaned into it. She was a stupid liar anyways.

I had an ex G/F who liked to pull that kind of bullshit. This crazy bitch would throw anything that wasn't welded down after she got a few cocktails in her. She went into step two and started hitting me one time at which point I told her "that was your free be, if you ever pull that again, you better be able to take a shot.” She came home one night all liquored up, threw one of my framed pictures against the wall, snatched up a large piece of glass and came at me with it. :hmmm: WHAP! front kick to the gut, THUMP off the wall and that ended that. Deadly weapon = I don't mess around period. The next day when she woke up from her little drunken fit, her shit was out on the front lawn, her mother was loading it in her car after I called her and told her to come and get her POS daughter and I tossed her out of the house.

My wife never pulls that kind of crap or she too would be an ex. I got lucky and married a great lady, I just dated a few that were missing a chromosome. :shake:

I had a gf for about 9 months, and then she got ticked and hit me. I told her to leave and that was that. Since then I tell women they ned to know better. I'm about the easiest going person I know, and so whenever I get a serious look on my face and say something like that, people usually listen (the 2-3 times a year that happens). To me, violence isn't even about the pain, as much as its about the idea that the person thinks its okay to take someone they supposedly care about and cause them pain intentionally.

so my wife has apologized... she went to her mothers house in a huff earlier today... I guess her mom finally told her not to be an idiot. Normally her mom coddles her ass, and enables her.

In the past, she too, has broken cordless phones, slammed door handles through dry wall. Cracked a door, while knocking pictures off the wall, breaking an irreplaceable 3d picture of Jesus on the Cross that my family gave me. And slammed the toilet seat so hard that it shattered, and last night the fridge.

Grrrr. She says that she gets it from her dad, but I call bullshit. Anger can be controlled at the moment of decision.

More emotionally driven people would disagree. Nonetheless, this is not something you should put up with or need to put up with. Just think about what may happen whenever children are involved, will they suffer the same fate as you?

Sorry to bum you out, if I did so...

I certainly get my temper from my father. When I get pissed, it's like I channel him; I can hear his voice coming out of my mouth and see his actions in everything I do. He's not a good person, and I don't like it one damn bit. But flip the wrong the switch and BOOM there he is. Sometimes I feel like I'm watching somebody else control me. It's creepy.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not blaming anybody else for my actions - especially someone I haven't seen or talked to in nearly 12 years. But I sure wish I hadn't learned this shit so well. :shake:

There is nothing wrong with releasing tension or anger by throwing something.....ahhhhh, give it a try!!
