I get more irritated by the idiots who keep bidding the items up days before the auction ends. A snipe here or there doesnt really bother me.

I hear that ebay may soon be obsolete anyway. Some sellers are coming up with an entirely new system of actually placing the items physically in a city so that people can come and see them in person. They then pay a fixed "Buy It Now" price that eliminates sniping. I think this may be the wave of the future.
