you can do this...it's $.50 per dropped call, i don't know how many you can do a month...

you do it through *2 i think, you don't have to talk to anyone, it's all voice menu stuff

I got a Katana DLX with the ultimate vision power pack. Fun stuff.

Infidel Goat 09-05-2007 11:58 AM

Hmm...

It doesn't look like you can use [email protected] in the email address anymore. If you type in a name like d*vid.sm*[email protected], though, it shows the plans again.

I wonder if "d*vid sm*th" would receive notice that you requested the plan and if he would actually have to approve you for the plan as well...

Already spoke with Silock. Anybody else have this plan? What are your total taxes on just the primary phone?

Found this article regarding how to get lower cell taxes.

Anybody had any luck using Phone as Modem with sprint?

HonestChieffan 11-21-2007 07:42 AM

They probably extend your contract a new two years if you do this. They wouldnt tell you though, you just sorta have to know that stuff.

No. They give you an entirely new account with new phone #.
You can't port an existing # in.

Sprint is a sorry bunch and deserves to go the way of the Hudson Car. take pictures of the headquarters in a few years it will be a wasteland.

Are you talking about switching over to SERO? If so, the above statement isn't true. I was an existing customer, and switched over using my same phone number. However, that was about a year ago, so perhaps they've changed their policy.

wutamess 11-21-2007 08:43 AM

Someone I know couldn't port their # in even though their contract was up.
