For all those who are bragging about good health, may I offer this one piece of advice....

It was my Senior year and I was bragging to a buddy of mine about how I had always been pretty healthy....two nights later during the football game I was punting and dropped my guard. A late spearing shot to the rib cage by an overzealous opponent caused me a couple of broken ribs and a concussion when my head hit the frozen ground. Later during Basketball season I broke my wrist...and during Baseball season I tore ligaments in the ankle.

Since that fateful night of proclaiming my injury-free life I have had all of the above plus a broken ankle (twice), tore the ACL in my left knee, a strain in the medial collateral, cracked the tailbone (playing roller hockey with a bunch of teenagers), had gall bladder surgery, and dislocated a shoulder. I've also done something to my thumb...what i cannot figure out...all I know is that I can bend it in directions that it's not normally supposed to go.

So...becareful about crowing how injury-free you are.

Thanks for the webstite FLORIDA FAN, I am gonna give them a call. The one thing like mentioned on here is if its this bad already when I get old I hope they can just euthanize me and put me outta my misery LOL.

I've been fixing people for over 30 yrs. In the last 10 yrs new technology has developed equipment that we've never had before. I've been doing the DRX9000 and DRX9500 treatment exclusively for the last 3 yrs and its amazing. I have a sheriffs deputy that was so bad he thought he would have to quit. Huge herniated disc. After 6 wks of daily care he decided he felt good enough to try out for the tactical squad. To do so he had to run an obstacle course etc, tough test. He place 2nd out of 25 and low back hasn't made a peep. He feels great. Works better the younger you are. So find somebody up there and go. You'll be glad you did.

ROFL The biggest part of the first ten were from playing baseball, or just as a kid doing crazy stuff... Number 11 ended what was starting out as a dream of every man --- playing major league baseball...

Number 12 is a reason to keep on playing softball... Need to stay fit and in shape... Despite all the other injuries...
