Initially I was offended by this. But when I think about it, I'm actually happy. My father and I went halves on NFL Sunday Ticket for the first time this year. Previously we went to sports bars, but decided we'd rather watch the game in the comfort of my home on my tv, in HD, drinking vastly cheaper beer and eating vastly cheaper food. Now we'll get a lot more use out of the Sunday Ticket!

I like it better when we aren't on national TV. Besides, 2 of those 4 road games to begin and end the season are Detroit and Houston, which should be gimme games to any team that expects to make the playoffs. Plus, the Jets game is the last game of the year. If the Jets are out of the playoffs they will have nothing to play for and if we are out of the playoffs by then, it won't matter anyways.
