"truck stop glory hole for Old Crow money".....insinuates that strangers at a truck stop, poke their reproductive organs through a filthy hole in a bathroom wall for your waiting, dentureless beer chugger to pleasure them, in exchange for enough cash to purchase a bottle of cheap fire water.
