Doesn't matter who the O-Coordinator is, as long as Herm is holding the handcuffs.

Just like when Vermeil was the coach and didn't give anything to the D.

I think the biggest problem is the offensive line coach. He sucked in St. Louis, yet we hired him. Solari to be fair has been given a half deck of cards IMO. He dont have the superstar line, he had Huard and a Trent Green that was a woozy, and all of the expectations of the previous regime. Not to meniton Herm's love to play it safe moto. I've seen flashes under Solari where the offensive looks good, I'll wait to reserve judgement until after the season espeically with Brodie in there. They seem to change their stragety completely with him in the ballgame.

Thats because the game is lost completely so they put him in and let him throw dowfield just to get him some game XP. Not because the strategy changes with him.

No it was different in preseason. Also last year with Green is was pretty obvious as well.

When you have TG, LJ, D-Bo, Waters and made what you feel is a major improvement at LT, there's no excuse for being next to last in scoring offense.

Herm and Carl will have no choice other than to make Solari the scapegoat.

You got it on the end.. Solari is calling the offense Herm wants to run.. But Herm will not take fault in it and pass it off on someone else.. He would be a good corporate manager..

To use a few words from Herm Edwards' pressers:

Obviously, at the end of the day, you know you have to take a strong look at that. Obviously.

Norv is staying put as HC. Chargers are going to the playoffs and possibly the AFC Championship game this year. You don't fire someone in their first year that accomplishes this.

This may be true, but my main point on Solari being let go is that it will be a distraction to the main problem Herm, CP and rest of his Front Office.

Change is overdue. The only person to rectify this is Clark which based on his relationship with CP is not going to happen.

The OL coach needs to go too. If Solari wants to be demoted back to OL coach, I'm all for it.

Problem is Herm will probably want to bring back Hackett...

A couple of teams have done it, most recently the Cardinals under Denny Green demoted an OC I believe.

Then again, you saw what happened to the Cardinals under Denny Green...
