Driving under the influence of anything like that is stupid. Drinking and others just happen to be a lot worse "imho" hell I drove around for weeks with a broken leg and wouldn't take the pain pills because I wasn't comfortable driving.

My brother says "oh you shouldn't let them smoke weed in the parking lot", but how was I too know what they were doing if I couldn't see them? Should I of called the police when I became aware of their use of a controlled substance. Personally I said no, because I really would fear the reprocussions of this in the area we are located. Boy oh boy did I inhale a lot of that smoke, my head is pounding. It was really unbelieveable. Usually you find weed pieces scattered throughout customers cars but never have they been so blunt as to demonstrate the proper way to smoke marijuana.
