I'm hoping that FB/LB Oliver Hoyte is the MLB come opening day. I mean, how often do you find a guy that can play both FB and LB?

I've been going over the depth chart today and I normally would trumpet picking up a DE or a WR with the first pick, but we are just so unbelievably shallow at the LB position I think we should trade down a little and pick up Maualuga.

I thought he was starting to do well. Of course, I'd heard that he wouldn't have worked out for the cover 2 D that Herm was trying to develop.
