You think Gunther smack is going to impress anybody? You can hold onto that like my two year old holds on to his woobie - but it isn't going to keep the scary monsters away.

Hollow words from a kid with no sense of honor.

As far as I'm concerned Shanahan has never emotionally recovered from the savage beatings Gunther gave him two years in a row. How many playoff games has Shanahan won since? I rest my case.

ROFL

Yeah, they are. Try watching a game or two. Teams are not running up the middle on them, they're killing them by running wide. Are they the best tandem in the league? No. But is it a critical need that has to be addressed over LDE, MLB, and both safety spots? Nope.

That would explain why your team has failed to win anything meaningful since Denver took you in your own house back in '97.

Eleven years later, and your organization is still reeling.

Oh boy...get ready for the Chiefs. That's ALL we do.

SoCalBronco 09-26-2008 12:41 AM

I was hoping Brodie would be ready by this game so I could see who would get up first when he was tackled by Boss the first time.

Probably Brodie.

Hammock Parties 09-26-2008 12:44 AM

OK, that was funny.

But seriously, Boss Bailey, come on down. Larry is waiting for your tackle attempt.

good comparison.

this Dada piece reminds me of Carl and Herm:

The same number that Carl has won in his entire tenure.

You'll have to explain to KCJohnny that 11 years is longer than a decade.

triple 09-26-2008 09:41 AM

denver usually does not have that great of talent. top to bottom, the are never the most talented team in the NFL, not since their superbowls a decade ago. maybe they even are middle of the road most years. they have made tons of bad picks and free agent signings.

but shanahan always has teams gameplanned, they always exploit our weaknesses on defense like surgeons, they end up making adjustments we can't adjust to.

i'm surprised people are feeling cocky when the league's best offense so far is visiting the league's worst defense. normally you look at that and say, we're screwed.

and that is to say nothing of the league's worst offense also playing in the game.

CoMoChief 09-26-2008 09:43 AM

All Herm has left is hope huh?

Well this is just ****ing great. Folks we have the worst HC in the NFL.

And it's not even close.
