Our disagreements aside this guy is a fan and I know you work with him. I also know you aspire to be a sports writer. You need to be objective and Nick is not, and that is why he is not taken serious by fans or the Chiefs. For the record he also said the best offer was a 4th rounder that hinged on Tony redoing his contract which he said Tony's people balked at.

I hope you use your experience with Warpaint to develop your writing skills but move more towards forming your own opinions. Towing the company line will allow to tag along but never be taken seriously. Your friend tows the company line so he gets to tag along but is the guy who everyone rolls their eyes at.
